2011 Schedule, 7 teams will be competing Monday Nights at Valley Street!
First Game is Monday 5/2!
* be aware there are two weeks of Sunday afternoon Games and 2 games played at Sandy Beach on Monday nights.

Conduct for the Adult Softball

Conduct for the Adult Softball, City of Binghamton

This league does not and will not tolerate:
  • Misuse of fields
  • Profane language
  • Use of drugs on park or school property including parking lots
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages on park or school property including parking lots
Failure to not follow the rules may lead to player and/or team suspension or disqualification.

The City of Binghamton provides liability insurance coverage to protect field owners.  The City of Binghamton does not provide accident insurance for players.

The City of Binghamton Parks & Recreation has issued a list of NON-APPROVED Bats for Adult Softball leagues. Before you buy a new bat or if you want to make sure your bat is approved, check the list below:

2009 League Picnic

Now that the season is over, let’s get together at the end-of-season Forty Plus League Picnic!

Date: Sunday, September 13
Time: Noon to ??? whenever
Place: Route 26, Endicott – Ron and Sally Meyer’s rental property – same place as last year

Ron and Sally will provide the burgers and hot dogs. Everyone else should bring the following:

A dish-to-pass
Your own lawn chair
Your own choice of beverage
Any game of your choice

Ron and Sally have Bocce Ball and Horse Shoes

Directions to 2349 State Highway 26 (between Town of Maine & Union Center)

From Whitney Point: Take Rt. 26 South and through the Town of Maine. From Pollard Hill Road (south end of town) travel approximately 1.25 miles. 2349 Hwy 26 is on the right side of the highway; south of the Maine Cemetery and across from The United Health Services, Maine Primary Care (Maine Medical). Signs will mark the party. Parking is in the field between the house and cemetery.

From Endicott: Take Rt. 26 North, through West Corners, through Union Center to Rt. 38B. Using Rt. 38B as a mile marker, continue traveling north approximately 1.75 miles to the 2349 Hwy 26 address which will be on the left side of the highway. The United Health Services, Maine Primary Care (Maine Medical) building is directly on the right. If you pass the Maine Cemetery (a little further north), turn around and come back! Signs will mark the party. Parking is in the field between the house and cemetery.

From Binghamton: Travel West on Route 17 and take the Exit 69 on to Rt. 17C to Hooper Rd. ramp. Follow Hooper Rd. to the stop sign at the intersection of intersection of Taft Rd. Turn right and proceed up Taft Avenue and down over through the intersection of Twist Run Road and to the stop sign at the intersection of Twist Run Road and Nanticoke Road. At the stop sign at Nanticoke Road, take a right on to Nanticoke Road and travel to another stop sign at the intersection of Rt. 26. Turn right and travel to Rt. 38B and Using Rt. 38B as a mile marker, continue traveling north approximately 1.75 miles to the 2349 Hwy 26 address which will be on the left side of the highway.
